Introducing the tilting Lima XT-25, the newest machine in our lineup of welding positioners.  Our small but very capable machine comes standard with a panel mounted On/Off toggle switch and speed control,  a 6' power cable with plug, and a heavy duty foot on/off switch.  For those who prefer speed control at their feet, a foot rheostat is available as an optional accessory.  The XT-25 also comes STANDARD with a 4" 3 jaw chuck that includes a key as well as ID and OD gripping jaws.

​Built-in high frequency protection makes the Lima XT-25 well suited for MIG, TIG, or stick welding, as well as other processes such as painting, assembly, positioning,  or plasma cutting.

150A welding current is handled by way of built in, spring loaded solid brass grounding, including a threaded output stud for attaching a ground clamp or cable. 

 

Gas purge through the spindle is NOT available on this model. If your application requires purge, the XT-200 is available with this option.
